KD Winning Real Estate, having offices located at Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay, are able to offer many accommodation options for the 2006 PFT.  They have many properties to choose from on their books, with over 100 of these (both units and houses) that are able to cater for boat and trailer parking.  They also have many units within walking distance of the various marina’s for the groups planning on berthing boats. 

I rented a property from them last year, and can highly recommend their service.  Last year, we rented a 3 bedroom apartment very close to the marina, and it cost us as little as $25 per night per person….great value…!!
